The Digital Sales Specialist is responsible for navigating digital marketing for our clients in partnership with our talented sales team. You will help to develop customized client solutions centered on creative marketing ideas, answer technical questions and as a digital product manager, ensuring that each campaign is executed seamlessly.  The Digital Sales Specialist will oversee campaign launch in partnership with the Digital Campaign Coordinator and manage the campaign deliverables, optimizations and ultimately analyze results with the sales team and their clients. 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as a digital product expert for clients and the entire sales team
  • Expertly navigate SEO/SEM, Display/Programmatic, Video including OTT and Streaming and Social Media at varying client levels of understanding and utilize these resources to develop effective customized client campaigns
  • Develop new business initiatives to help drive revenue
  • Verify billing information on IO is accurate, complete, and matches product price breakout
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop, present, close and execute digital campaigns
  • Overcome client objections with resiliency and resolve potential campaign conflicts independently
  • Partner with Account Executives to achieve quarterly annual new business goals
  • Lead digital trainings for both clients and Account Executives as needed
  • Become a trusted advisor for AEs and clients in delivering results
  • Be hands on in client’s success, the campaign optimization process, and be eager to share and explain results and improvements in-person on a consistent basis
  • Monitor delivery and performance of campaigns.
  • Work with Sales and Digital Sales Specialist to craft campaign optimization strategies.
  • Ensure reporting shows complete fulfillment of campaign.
  • Create custom analysis reports for client including Google Analytics and Doubleclick Campaign Manager


  • 2+ years’ of digital marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Display, Video, OTT
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated record of success working with a team
  • Proven success multitasking and working in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in providing in-depth analysis on client results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong follow up skills.
  • Accurate; with strong attention to detail
