The Billing & Finance Coordinator manages the order entry and billing process for Ideabar clients across a diverse media landscape, including print, digital, direct mail, radio, tv and Ideabar agency services. This position will coordinate account setup, ordering and billing across multiple Cox markets and via multiple order-entry systems for traditional & digital media and creative agency services. This position will request memo bills as needed, and work with relevant teams to resolve billing and credit issues for assigned accounts. 


The Billing & Finance Coordinator will also assist with Ideabar financial duties including consolidation and reporting of actual, forecasted and budgeted operating results and cash flows. The position will analyze current and historical financial and operational information using analytic tools to translate trends and variances into meaningful feedback, providing analytical and ad-hoc reporting support on an ongoing basis.


The Billing & Finance Coordinator will operate as lead admin on various data-related tools, including Salesforce and Wrike; mining these tools for business insights, creating reports and dashboards, and setting up and training new users.

45% Track monthly billables for Ideabar across multiple CMG markets, manage order entry process for print, digital, direct mail, radio, tv and agency services, request memo bills as applicable, resolve billing and credit issues for assigned accounts

25% Assist in reporting of actual, forecast and budgeted revenue and expense.

20% Provide admin support for other data-related tools, including Salesforce and Wrike. Mine these tools for business insights, as needed. Setup and train new staff on tool usage. Create dashboards as needed.

10% Assist new business team in setting up new clients for billing; other administrative and operational requests.

Qualifications




Education

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, with a business operations, accounting or finance degree, and/or equivalent job related experience.


Experience

Minimum of three years of experience in a business operations or finance related field


Additional Requirements

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

Working knowledge of Salesforce, financial systems and statements

Tableau experience preferred

Expert analytical skills and business acumen

Exceptional communication skills

Attention to detail
