Digital Talent Program

Cox Media Group launched the Digital Talent Program to recruit the next generation of diverse media professionals. This highly competitive one-year position is available for recent college or graduate school students who are eligible to work in the United States. Once on board, our Digital Talent Program participants earn a competitive salary and tackle challenging projects at CMG companies. This is not an internship. Participants are full time, benefits-eligible employees. Upon completion of the program, participants are eligible for continued employment at their host location or other Cox Entities.

Internship Opportunities
