The Digital Account Manager position works exclusively on top tier digital accounts with the goal of maximizing advertiser campaign results, mitigating account churn, and increasing digital billing.   Primary responsibilities include:

Digital Campaign Strategy Development

Campaign Optimization

Campaign Analysis and Reporting

Maximizing Client Return on Investment (ROI)

We offer a full suite of digital products and services for small and medium sized businesses, including Programmatic Display, Social Media, SEM, SEO, Content Marketing, Email Advertising, and more.

This position also serves as a liaison to the ad operations team to assist in campaign fulfillment and billing.  

Beyond standard fulfillment skills, a heightened sales acumen is necessary as the position is external client facing.

Duty: Proactively supplies comprehensive reporting to clients’ and sales’ teams.

Task 1: Timely delivery of detailed campaign performance reports with strategic analysis, optimization recommendations and up-sell opportunities, as well as rationale to support suggestions.

Task 2: Implement optimization strategy with Sales team and provide post-campaign analysis to assist with retention efforts.  This will include accompanying sales staff on visits/presentations to the client.

Duty: Reviews premium sales opportunities and industry trends in presenting options to Sales staff and clients.

Task 1: Communicate benefits of including emerging technologies and available products in current and future media plans consistent with Sales leadership efforts.

Task 2: Plan, organize and prioritize workflows for product and sales opportunity rollouts to meet team goals and deadlines.

Duty: Works with advertising operations team to fulfill requested campaigns in timely manner.

Task 1: Monitors campaigns for effectiveness – both in terms of click-through rate and the overall delivery of paid impressions to clients.

Task 2: Works with the creative team to make sure digital ads tested properly before being sent out, revisions, etc.

Task 3: Provides excellent service to internal and external customers by professionally and efficiently fulfilling requests, providing assistance, addressing concerns and solving problems in a timely manner.

Duty: Support Product and Training tasks as assigned.

Task 1: Remains current on trends in the digital marketing field through reading industry material and keeping abreast of what other digital media companies are doing.

Task 2: Provide guidance, best practices and training on digital systems, products, services, etc.


Qualifications

Education

·Bachelor’s Degree required. (Field: Business/Marketing/Communications)

Experience

·Minimum of 2-3 years of client sales/marketing/communications experience, specifically in the digital media industry.
