Responsibilities/Qualifications:


• Work in partnership with the current DOS and Sales Management Team to lead a local CMG Sales Team.
• Achieve revenue goals through the development and supervision of a local CMG Sales Team.
• Establish and execute a revenue strategy that maximizes Radio and Digital media assets.
• Recruit, train and develop highly talented sales professionals and serve our customers.


Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience and proven track record in media sales environment.
• A minimum of 3 years in media sales management is preferred.
• College degree is also preferred.
